Just did my first class here and it was great. I been training in Muay Thai for a few years now and this place is a good intimate gym to train and truly learn the art. Johnny is a good teacher/coach full of knowledge. It’s a fairly new gym still in the building the stages but the the foundation is definitely there. If you’re in the Raleigh area looking for a functional work out, traditional and sport Muay Thai this is the place to be. I highly recommend for anyone looking to train, compete, or even just learn a beautiful craft.

The only authentic Muay Thai taught here in RDU area. I’ve worked with Johnny in both classes and one on one sessions and he is by far the most genuine and caring coaches you will find. He cares about his students success and is very welcoming to beginners! Our other two coaches Dodge, Muay Thai, and Sean, boxing coach, are also just as amazing to work with! It’s a great gym that strives on ensuring each individual who passes through the gym or becomes a member, succeeds. Whether your goal is to become a fighter or to learn self defense or even just to get a good workout in, Jai Su is the place to go.
